  • Cork County Council, in conjunction with O'Mahony Developments and Home and Away Real Estate, are delighted to launch an Affordable Housing Scheme at The Fairways, Tir Cluain, Midleton, Co. Cork.

     

    In phase 1 of this scheme, a mixture of 3-bed semi-detached homes (House Type C1, E1) , as well as a number of 2-bed mid-terraced homes (House Type E) will be offered by Cork County Council under the affordable purchase arrangement via the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated Affordable Housing Regulations. These houses will be available for purchase by first-time buyers who do not own or have legal interest in a dwelling, with some exceptions available.
